Q4: What is the order process?
A4: We offer FOB pricing with delivery within 2-3 days post-payment. Typically, we use air freight via DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, or EMS, selecting the best option based on the situation.

A5: We include a small number of essential accessories. Customers can request free replacements as needed. Additional accessories can be purchased separately. Note: Use recommended accessories to avoid damage.
