Product Description
Liporase Hyaluronidase: A solution crafted to dissolve hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, particularly when things don't go as planned. Hyaluronidase acts as a corrective measure, effectively breaking down fillers that are misplaced, over-applied, or unevenly distributed. For optimal results, it is precisely injected at the same site as the filler. This enzyme is also a crucial tool in urgent scenarios where dermal fillers accidentally compromise the blood supply by entering an artery. Trust in Liporase Hyaluronidase for your dermal filler correction needs.

What is hyaluronidase?
Hyaluronidase is a specialized enzyme, compounded by expert pharmacies, that catalyzes the hydrolysis of hyaluronic acid. This enzymatic action makes hyaluronidase a renowned reversal agent for hyaluronic acid fillers. When administered, it selectively dissolves synthetic fillers while preserving your natural hyaluronic acid. Utilized to correct improper, excessive, or uneven filler placement, it plays a pivotal role in emergency situations by resolving arterial occlusions caused by fillers. Injected near the filler site, hyaluronidase ensures safe and effective correction.
Each vial is expertly formulated to contain 1,500 I.U. of hyaluronidase, which should be mixed with 3cc of saline for optimal effectiveness.
Uses of Hyaluronidase Injection:
To effectively eliminate unwanted filler, hyaluronidase is injected to disintegrate hyaluronic acid within dermal fillers.
To enhance the potency of lipodissolving injections, hyaluronidase can be included in fat melting injection cocktails, boosting their efficacy.
Hyaluronidase is frequently combined with local anesthetics to amplify the diffusion and effectiveness of the anesthesia.
Process of Hyaluronidase Injection for filler dissolving:
Combine 3cc of saline with a vial of Hyaluronidase to dissolve 3cc of hyaluronic acid efficiently.
Inject hyaluronidase, along with lidocain (and occasionally epinephrine), directly into the area where filler dissolution is required.
Immediately upon injection, the hyaluronic acid filler begins to break down, with the body naturally absorbing it within hours.
Process of adding Hyaluronidase to lipodissolving injection:
Mix 5cc of saline with a vial of Hyaluronidase, suitable for a 10cc lipodissolving Vline injection. For a 30cc injection, incorporate 2 vials.
Hyaluronidase is seamlessly blended with the Vline injection, administered with lidocain into the fat layer for uniform distribution.
For best results, massage the treated area for 15 minutes daily over seven consecutive days, following up with hot packing post-massage.
